PANCIT CANTON


from celebrity guest Paolo Bediones

Ingredients:

Oil
Onion
Garlic
Pancit canton
1 can of corned beef
Cabbage
Carrots
Peanuts
Beef Broth Cubes
Hard Boiled eggs
Soy Sauce
Water



Cooking Procedure:

1. In a grease pan, saute some garlic, onion ,peanuts and corned beef.
2. Add beef broth cube.
3. Add water.
4. Pour the soy sauce then mix.
5. Add carrots and cabbage. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the pancit canton and then add water.
7. Mix it until cooked.
8. Garnish it with sliced hard-boiled eggs.
